Chiropractic Services in Houma, LA
At Main Chiropractic, we provide individualized chiropractic care designed around your needs, goals, and clinical findings. Whether you’re looking for relief from pain, recovering after an injury, or interested in improving posture and spinal alignment, your care is tailored specifically to you.
Chiropractic Adjustments
Chiropractic adjustments are at the foundation of what we do. Dr. Jill uses a variety of adjusting techniques based on each patient’s needs, comfort level, and examination findings.
Adjustments are used to improve joint mobility and function while helping patients manage common musculoskeletal complaints involving the neck, mid-back, low back, and extremities.
Chiropractic BioPhysics® & Corrective Traction
Main Chiropractic offers Chiropractic BioPhysics® (CBP), an evidence-informed approach focused on posture, spinal alignment, and biomechanics. Dr. Jill has completed postgraduate certification training in CBP, allowing her to take a more structural approach to chiropractic care.
When appropriate, care may include corrective spinal traction, specific adjustments, and individualized exercises based on your examination and imaging findings. CBP may be used for patients looking to address changes in posture, spinal curves, and overall alignment.
Soft Tissue & Cupping Therapy
Soft tissue therapy and cupping may be used alongside chiropractic adjustments to address muscle tension, soreness, and restricted movement. These techniques focus on the muscles and surrounding soft tissues to help improve mobility and complement your chiropractic care.
Depending on your needs, Dr. Jill may incorporate hands-on soft tissue work, cupping, or a combination of both as part of your treatment.
Personal Injury & Auto Accident Care
After a car accident, symptoms such as neck pain, back pain, headaches, stiffness, and reduced mobility may develop immediately or in the days following the collision.
Main Chiropractic provides evaluation and chiropractic care for patients injured in motor vehicle accidents. When appropriate, your care may include examination, X-rays, chiropractic adjustments, soft tissue therapy, corrective exercises, and other services based on your individual injuries and findings.
